Job Summary

Develop plans, create content, and implement campaings to achieve forecasts and goals for various programs and initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Develops and measures direct marketing/lead generation/customer communication campaigns based on marketing forecasts and/or program goals • Executes direct marketing/lead generation campaigns to achieve set sales targets and/or program goals • Manages costs associated with campaigns; develops and assures implementation of strategies to reduce costs and maximize budgets • Manages key vendors, suppliers, agencies to assure optimal campaign development, execution, measurement and budget performance • Write and edit content for external communications • Gather content from various sources to ensure clear and accurate communications • Coordinate corporate sponsorships to leverage relationships for positive customer perception

Job Specific Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing/Advertising, or Business plus 5 years of professional experience in a related field.

Proficient with Microsoft applications including Word and Excel and advanced PowerPoint skills.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills.

Desired Qualification:

MBA or Advanced Degree.

Prior experience working with integrated marketing/communications plans and media campaigns and writing content.

Knowledge of utility customer facing processes such as Customer Inquiry, Media, Website Services.
