Job Summary

Provide diverse administrative support to managers, supervisors, and employees within the organization, often time sensitive and confidential in nature

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for maintaining, updating records, documents, and other administrative functions as required in support of the chemistry department. Prepare/perform administrative functions, draft routine correspondence, compile data, organize, schedule meetings, answer telephones, and provide information as required. Perform routine clerical duties: filing, copying, satellite file updates, word processing, and time administration duties. Develop and maintain reports and indicators to measure department effectiveness. Coordinate department training, travel, vacation and maintain department calendar. Prepare and distribute dosimeters of legal records. Perform multiple tasks and assignments, with minimal guidance, to provide support on a variety of functions related to inprocessing of personnel. Participate in outages and/or Emergency Plan as required.

Index chemical procedures and documents into DCRMS. Order and track parts, equipment, office supplies, and meal allocations for the department. Also responsible to order and track bulk chemical deliveries, as well as track and prepare IBEW wage progressions and pay upgrade requests. Update SAP information, as well as IBEW daily and outage work schedules. Also responsible to track and use SSIS, for access purposes. Track and advise of requal status for PSEG and contractors/vendors. Create notifications. Maintain credit cards for department and reconcile payments. General knowledge of fatigue rule and its application for the chemistry department.

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

HS Diploma or equivalent. General knowledge of SAP and familiarity of Windows applications [Word, Excel, Power Point,]. Must meet and maintain Nuclear's requirements for unescorted plant access.

Desired:

1-2 years Strong Administrative experience within an industrial environment. Ensure your resume accurately demonstrates your experience and how you meet both the minimum and desirable requirements for this position
