Resonsibilities include Individual projects or special assignments as needed. Maintain and update databases, personnel records, calendar, payroll records, Empower, etc. Compile, organize and type correspondence, forms and reports. Answer telephone, direct callers and provide information as required. Maintain SAP/CATS time entry reports for time approval and accurate accounting. Coordination of contact list (both internal and external), phone list, and organizational charts, department roster. Maintain controlled documents, order stationery supplies, process expense sheets. Perform administrative coordination of various meeting bodies including writing meeting minutes and scheduling of workers. Organize meetings and ensure all required training is complete. Compile and assemble information/data/presentations for various meetings. Attention to detail, customer/client focused and flexibility/adaptability essential. Must have good communication skills and be proficient in EmpCenter, FMS, Microsoft Applications, including, Word, Excel, Access, Power Point as well as proficient in SAP, including payroll and in creating notifications. Flexibility to work all required shifts. Perform various routine/non-routine administrative/leadership functions pertaining to tracking and staffing of our temporary administrative associates that are classified as Nuclear Screener's.

Required Skills:

HS diploma or equivalent. Proficient in Microsoft Applications and Power Point and SAP modules. Excellent communication skills verbal and written. Prior PSEG Nuclear Employee working in a lead role for at least 2 years. Must be available on short notice and required to report to the station as needed. Experience Must meet Nuclear's requirements for unescorted accessAs an employee of PSE&G or PSEG Long Island, you should be aware that during storm restoration efforts, you may be required to perform functions outside of your routine duties and on a schedule that may be different from normal operations.
