This
is a Work Experience Program (WEP) Temporary position designed to support the department for a limited duration. While the
exact duration of the position is yet to be determined, we currently anticipate a period of at least 12 months based on business
needs at the present time, following which there will be a possibility to convert the individual from a Temporary At-Will
Employee to Regular At-Will Employee. It is important for you to understand that this period may be shortened based on business
needs in the future at which point you will separate from the Company. It is also important for you to understand that this
WEP employment is of a limited duration and that you will not be entitled to separation benefits under any PSEG plan at the
time you separate from the Company. Director Level approval and waiver will be required for you to bid on other PSEG opportunities
within the first 12 months of assignment. If your WEP position ends prior to the anticipated timeframe based on business needs,
you will be allowed to bid on other PSEG opportunities without Director level approval from the time you are notified your
assignment will be ending through the end date of the assignment.

Job Summary
This position is in Technical Skills Training/Utility Operations Support and has the responsibility to assess/analyze,
design, develop, implement and evaluate technical training for PSE&G Electric Distribution LOB clients. Major duties to include
instruction, analysis, design, and evaluation of apprentice and incumbent employee training to fulfill the duties of Overhead
Lineperson in accordance with job specifications, contract obligations and regulatory requirements of the LOB.

Job Specific Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience and thorough knowledge of the construction, maintenance and troubleshooting practices of the overhead sub-transmission and distribution systems and safety related practices and procedures to work on energized secondary and primary circuits and equipment
- Ability to learn and apply training and development processes of analysis, design, development, evaluation, and alternative delivery methods, including automated computer-based applications
- Must be proficient in use of Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
Desired:
- Knowledge/experience or the ability to learn evolving systems, such as assessment facilitation, need/task analysis, instructional design/development, and instructional evaluation
- Possess good oral & written communication skills, be people oriented, capable of making effective oral presentations, and facilitating joint union/management assessment teams
- Supervisory and/or leadership related experience with personnel and projects
- Ability to cross-train, expand skill sets and competencies into multiple topics/disciplines and provide assistance in other instructional areas/activities, such as instructional skills development
- Computer skills, such as application of flash techniques and testing/survey systems
