Job Summary

This opportunity is open to current PSEG employees only

Provide technical/analytical expertise and functional support in the area of Strategy and Alignment, and functional analysis for processes and initiatives (e.g scoping, implementation and development of a change management plan and reporting methodology). Support for identifying, prioritizing and coordinating implementation efforts for the top Utility strategic objectives, as well as the reporting and metrics/measures of those efforts. Lead on Strategy and Alignment presentation development for Senior Leadership. Report and communicate weekly and monthly performance against Plan to Utility Senior Leadership. Support Asset Management and Planning sourced initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical/analytical expertise and functional support in the area of Transformation and Centralized Services - Utility Strategy and Alignment, and functional analysis for processes and initiatives
• Identifying, prioritizing and coordinating implementation efforts for the top Utility strategic objectives, as well as the reporting and metrics/measures of those efforts
• Report and communicate weekly and monthly performance against Plan/Schedule to teams and Senior Leadership
• Lead on presentation development for Senior Leadership and all LOB's in the utility
• Support Asset Management and Planning sourced initiatives

Job Specific Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• 5 years relevant work experience
• Must have extensive proven proficiency with (SAP, Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
• Demonstrated analytical ability and quantitative skills
• Must have valid a driver's license
• Broad utility experience
• Demonstrated ability to work across departmental boundaries
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of Management

Desired

• MBA or Masters of Science
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
• Current or prior involvement with Strategic Initiatives
