•Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. •Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. •Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures and process changes that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and efficiency. •Works with IT to determine how new technologies can support business process reengineering. •Develops a consistent methodology to measure process improvement performance against targets and maintains standards for all training programs and materials. •Assists businesses in the prioritization of projects and allocation of resources to ensure successful completion of the process improvement portfolio. • Defines how the scope, goals and deliverables of projects should support business goals, in collaboration with senior management. • Works with management and businesses associates to address the company's business process issues. • Project initiatives include cost management, performance efficiency, process development, ownership/alignment, and other operational initiatives, in addition to include large scale transformational projects. • Other responsibilities as needed/required
• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration, or other highly analytical field • 7 or more years of experience with both the delivery and deployment of business transformation projects • Six Sigma Black Belt certified • Technical mastery of Lean Six Sigma as well as other process improvement methodologies • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
•Master's degree •Strong project management and change management skills; PMI Certification •Ability to lead and work on several concurrent projects •Plan and lead complex process improvement projects •Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, pro-actively managing risk, and facilitating high performing teams. •Strong leadership skills; ability to encourage and help motivate others •Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressured environment •Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills •Highly organized with a keen attention to details • High level of ownership and assume full accountability for managing and delivering projects • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities • Appreciation for, and successful experience in, driving change management • Strong training and presentation - both written and oral • Strong understanding of, and ability to explain, analytical tools and statistics • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach facilitators
