Job Responsibilities

•Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable business process improvements. •Researches best business practices within and outside the organization to establish benchmark data. •Collects and analyzes process data to initiate, develop, and recommend business practices and procedures and process changes that focus on enhanced safety, increased productivity and efficiency. •Works with IT to determine how new technologies can support business process reengineering. •Develops a consistent methodology to measure process improvement performance against targets and maintains standards for all training programs and materials. •Assists businesses in the prioritization of projects and allocation of resources to ensure successful completion of the process improvement portfolio. • Defines how the scope, goals and deliverables of projects should support business goals, in collaboration with senior management. • Works with management and businesses associates to address the company's business process issues. • Project initiatives include cost management, performance efficiency, process development, ownership/alignment, and other operational initiatives, in addition to include large scale transformational projects. • Other responsibilities as needed/required

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, business administration, or other highly analytical field • 7 or more years of experience with both the delivery and deployment of business transformation projects • Six Sigma Black Belt certified • Technical mastery of Lean Six Sigma as well as other process improvement methodologies • Demonstrated project management skills and ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
