Fully remote are roles that can be performed remotely, require employees to live in approved states and will have purpose-driven in-person interactions on occasion.

Job Summary
Job Summary
Provide leadership, operations strategy, resources and activities for program implementation to achieve Commercial and Industrial energy efficiency program goals and deliverables, including scorecard results and P&L responsibility. Leads the launch of new products, programs and services through cross-functional teams including operations, legal, regulatory and procurement.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the processes and activities for the implementation and delivery of energy efficiency products/services for PSE&G’s energy efficiency programs through cross-functional teams.
- Manage internal associates and external vendors to ensure program deliverables are met while ensuring a high level of safety, compliance and customer satisfaction across all programs.
- Provide leadership and guidance to internal constituents for improving current processes, policies and procedures; provide expert consultation towards the assessment and development of new products, programs and services.
- Develop partnerships and manage vendor and trade ally relationships to assist in delivering current energy efficiency programs and to build support for future programs; represent the Company on external committees, including BPU-sponsored working groups.
- Manage the development, maintenance and enhancement of IT systems to manage programs and report results.
- Develop and monitor program budgets and support regulatory filings.

Job Specific Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Business.
- 10+ years related external or internal experience.
- Advanced knowledge of energy efficiency strategies and techniques, financial analysis, project management, measurement, and verification of energy savings techniques.
- Demonstrated knowledge of energy efficiency programs and renewable energy programs.
- Strong knowledge of controls.
- Advanced written and verbal skill set.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the utility industry.
- Working knowledge of utility regulation and accounting principles.
Desired:
- Master’s Degree or MBA
- CEM (Certified Energy Manager) certification
