Job Summary

This position is responsible for the implementation of the Access Authorization Program in accordance with PSEG procedures, processes and NEI Guidelines to ensure regulatory compliance for Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations.

Job Responsibilities

•Performs the duties as the official PSEG Nuclear LLC Reviewing Official€ resulting in the granting or denial of Unescorted Access •Coordinates and schedules individuals for inprocessing activities, as required by 10CFR Part 73.56, 10CFR Part 73.57 and 10CFR Part 26 in order to grant, maintain or deny unescorted access authorization. •Cover and assist, when needed, FFD-Call out/rotational duty for backshift/weekend collections •Process, assess, and determine elgibility for OCA visitor/access •Process & validate 810

Job Specific Qualifications

Required
•Associates Degree in related field and 3 years of discipline related experience, two of which shall be Nuclear AA/FFD or related industry experience OR; •HS diploma w/5 years discipline related experience, three of which shall be Nuclear AA/FFD or related industry experience •Ability to obtain NEI Reviewing Official Certification upon hire • Knowledge of Access Authorization/Clearance Elgibility and related NRC regulations •Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications •Ability to analyze and interpret information •Excellent communication and organizational skills •Effective verbal and written communication skills
Desired
•Ability to interface with all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to multi task •Familiarity with the Security Screening Information System (SSIS), Personnel Access Data System (PADS), and the NSMART security computer system
