Job Summary

This position is a hands-on Identity and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) analyst responsible for overall technical design and development of an IAM implementation. The IAM analyst will work with the team to design and implement IAM workflows, software patches, system upgrades and day-to-day administration of the IAM software.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solution to support identity lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, and role management).
  • Configure and manage connectors/integrations between IGA tool and enterprise applications, directories, and cloud services.
  • Develop and maintain IGA workflows, rules, certifications, policies, and role-based access control (RBAC) models.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IGA platform issues, including provisioning errors, connector failures, and certification campaign problems.
  • Partner with IAM governance, application owners, and security teams to translate business access requirements into IGA tool technical configurations.
  • Consolidate auditing and activity reporting to address compliance. IGA is a subset of identity and access management (IAM)
  • Improve Security and Mitigating Risks through overseeing appropriate access through the right IGA framework and management of permissions.
  • Managing user accounts and permissions in the IGA system and automate identity life cycle onboarding/off boarding and role-based provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Develop and enforce security policies and procedures related to end user Lifecycle events.
  • Coordinate with other components of IAM, Security Operation, Application, Infrastructure and OT teams to expand IAM Services

Job Specific Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Security or related technical field.
  • Without a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Security or related technical field
  • Hands-on technical individual, performing IT security functions and maintaining systems.
  • Work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership, technical teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster working relationships with the team, Management and Client departments.
