Job Summary

This is a Work Experience Program (WEP) Temporary position designed to support the department for a limited duration. While the exact duration of the position is yet to be determined, we currently anticipate a period of at least 12 months and up to 18 months based on business needs at the present time, following which there will be a possibility to convert the individual from a Temporary At-Will Employee to Regular At-Will Employee. It is important for you to understand that this period may be shortened based on business needs in the future at which point you will separate from the Company. It is also important for you to understand that this WEP employment is of a limited duration and that you will not be entitled to separation benefits under any PSEG plan at the time you separate from the Company. Director Level approval and waiver will be required for you to bid on other PSEG opportunities within the first 18 months of assignment. If your WEP position ends prior to the anticipated timeframe based on business needs, you will be allowed to bid on other PSEG opportunities without Director level approval from the time you are notified your assignment will be ending through the end date of the assignment.

Lead the development and implementation of Product and Marketing plans, and lead all product management functions to achieve program objectives for energy efficiency and demand response programs. Execute marketing plan to identify and recruit program participants as required to achieve program objectives. Participate in the product development process from concept origination by assessing other detailed offerings of related programs so that they can be incorporated into the plan, through development and launch; and subsequent enhancements and offerings. Manage marketing agencies and other service providers as required for the delivery of services. Collaborate with the program implementation team and other cross-functional groups throughout the Company to ensure program offerings are delivered to market according to specifications and approved Company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

•Participate in the planning and implementation of the Company's energy efficiency, demand response, and renewable programs •Lead the development and implementation of Product and Marketing plans, including marketing strategies, promotion, pricing and product development initiatives •Lead all product management aspects to achieve program objectives •Execute marketing plan to make certain program participants are recruited or identified as required •Manage product development process from concept origination by assessing other detailed offerings of related programs so that they can be incorporated into the plan, through development and launch; and subsequent enhancements and offerings •Manage vendors as required for the delivery of services •Collaborates with other functional groups throughout the Company to ensure program offerings are delivered to market according to specifications and approved Company policies and procedures •Provides technical subject matter expertise to customers and customer contact associates including development of training materials

Job Specific Qualifications

•Bachelor's Degree •4 years of combined experience in a Customer Operations, Energy Efficiency or Marketing function (product or brand management), with at least 2 years in a Marketing function •Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint •Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desired:
•4 years of Marketing function (product or brand management) in a residential, commercial, industrial or business-to-business environment
