Job Summary

Lead the development and implementation of Product and Marketing plans, and lead all Marketing collateral management functions to achieve program objectives for energy efficiency and demand response programs. Execute marketing plan to identify and recruit program participants as required to achieve program objectives. Participate in the Marketing collateral development process from concept ideation through development and launch, as well as subsequent enhancements and offerings. Manage marketing agencies and other service providers as required for the delivery of services.  Collaborate with the program implementation team and other cross-functional groups throughout the Company to ensure program offerings are delivered to market according to specifications and approved Company policies and procedures.

Job Responsibilities

  • Participate in the planning and implementation of the Company's energy efficiency, demand response, and renewable programs. 
  • Lead the development and implementation of Product and Marketing plans, including marketing strategies, promotion, pricing and Marketing collateral development initiatives. 
  • Execute Marketing plan to assure program participants are recruited or identified as required. 
  • Manage Marketing collateral development process from concepting through development and launch, providing guidance to service suppliers and facilitating production workflows.
  • Manage vendors as required for the delivery of services.  
  • Collaborate with other functional groups throughout the Company to ensure program offerings are delivered to market according to specifications and approved Company policies and procedures, with regard to brand conformity and customer-friendliness. 
  • Provide technical subject matter expertise to customers and customer contact associates.
     

Job Specific Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of Marketing or Corporate Communications experience in a residential, commercial, product or business-to-business environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Desired:

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration.Prior experience in Utility energy efficiency , demand response or renewable energy programs.
  • Experience with identifying and managing third-party contractors.
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management.
  • Exceptional copy editing capabilities.
  • Proficiency with design and art style concepts.
